    A gentle yoga practice that any level can do. Including standing and seated poses that stretch and strengthen, therapeutic inversions, restorative and relaxation poses and gentle breath and mindfulness practices.

    This practice uses props to support you in the poses and we move slowly and mindfully.

    This healing weekly practice Improves posture, develops strength and stamina, heals and balances the nervous system, strengthens your immunity, promotes more self awareness, calms the mind and cultivates peace and stillness.

  • Private Sessions - Studio or Mobile Mornington Peninsula

    Your own private group or individual sessions, incorporating Yoga/Relaxation/Meditation/Sound Healing or any combination of your choosing.

  • Fortnightly Immersion -Thursdays 6.30

    Body, Mind and Sound - Sunday 5:30pm Studio Paradise St andrews beach

    30 mins of relaxation, sound Healing, mindfulness, breathing and self regulation techniques for the whole family. Come and share together with your kids and experience the power of Sound Healing with the crystal bowls, tuning forks, chakra and Koshi chimes and other healing instruments. Sound Healing and mindfulness can help to improve sleep, lower anxiety and depression, help with focus, improve digestion and calm and heal the nervous system. You will leave feeling clearer more positive, calmer , relaxed and refreshed and ready for a new week.

  • RESTORATIVE YOGA + SOUND HEALING - sundays 7pm - studio paradise st andrews beach

    Restorative and gentle yoga consisting of reclining or seated poses that are therapeutic and heal on a mental, physical and emotional level.

    This nurturing and mindful practice is healing for the mind, body and soul, promoting deep relaxation, stillness and Peace.

    Combined Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing will reduce anxiety and depression, help in the healing of injuries, build our resilience to cope with the challenges and supports us on our healing journey.
